Hi, Just a quick THANK-YOU!!I I wanted an arbor to fill a void left in the front of the house where oleanders were removed. So many styles to choose from but I wanted a gate to hide my exposed hose reel. I found the Longevity Cedar Arbor and it was just the mixture of what I was looking for, but not the right size for a gate. I was skeptical about ordering an arbor online till I called and spoke to Brandon, asking about modifying it for the gate. My reservations were dispelled during my conversation so I ordered it and and hung up, totally confident. Received really fast, made the modifications to narrow it for the gate, and it looks GREAT.

I received Natural Arch Arbor in very good condition. The assembly instructions were well written. The arch was sturdy and easy to assemble. It looks great and I love the smell of cedar wood. I am using the arch in my Daughterʼs wedding and afterward we will install it in our backyard. I am very pleased with our purchase. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your quick response to my question/problem. I had put the battery in. In fact I tried two different batteries in case one was not good. The other suggestion worked. I was trying to just push it in and when nothing happened I would push it again. Once I received you phone call I tried holding it in for a while and the igniter started clicking.

"I would like to compliment you on your website, your personal product support, and your product. The information on preparing the site was invaluable, and when we needed to speak to a "real" person re: instructions or delivery, that person was accessible, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We have assembled our "fire pit". The quality is terrific and we are sure it will survive our Tahoe winters well. It also looks charming.
Being in the customer service business, I know people are quick to tell you what is wrong, but rarely bother to tell you what is right. So, here you go. I purchased a fire pit a few weeks ago. My experience, in general, is that when you make a purchase like this, either parts are missing, or parts are mis-cut, or the assembly directions are in Greek and impossible to understand. Your product, on the other hand, was the complete opposite much to my pleasant surprise. It arrived on my doorstep when you said it would; all of the parts were there and were undamaged; the cuts were perfect; the assembly instructions were easy to follow; and the arbor looks absolutely great in our yard. Even my wife likes it!! So, thanks for the excellent service and thanks for the excellent product. I would not hesitate even for one minute to recommend your business to anyone. Thanks, again."
