If your order is shipped via UPS/FedEx, you will not need to be home at the time of delivery.

If your order is shipped LTL Freight Truck, the carrier will call you to make an appointment for "residential, curbside, hand unload" delivery if the item can be opened in the truck and off loaded piece by piece.  In some cases a lift gate can be added to the order for an additional charge.
